SekhemtiRa Global (S.G.) has been operating in Africa for the last decade cementing relations with high-ranking leaders and government officials. SekhemtiRa Global is a name that means Radiant King of Planetary Power. A power we provide all of our clients we are proud to serve.

SG is an organization based in the United States (but registered in Mauritius) who primarily deals in mediation and brokerage of discoveries on behalf of the U.S. Government representatives, private industrial buyers, U.S. manufacturers, global governmental interested parties and in some cases private affluent philanthropic endeavors who operate with confidential anonymity.

S.G. supports and assists market development organization for the African Manufacturing industry into the U.S. and international markets. Primarily, S.G. promotes the reliability, quality, and value of all South African manufacturing classes to U.S. buyers in various sectors, both private, public, and government officials. We are deeply rooted as a pipeline between the Continent of Africa and the United States of America.
Its mission is to “Develop, maintain, and expand this conduit between the African international markets and the United States of America, to enhance manufacturing profitability for U.S. Buyers and African producers and its value for their respective customers.”
As a result, what we do, we scale your business, assist in helping you think out of the box, and expand growth and productivity on the long term by brokering deals to the mutual benefit on both seller and buyer.
Our Activities
SekhemtiRa Global is an independently operated facilitator and brokerage firm that sources, negotiates, and mediates transactions between buyers and sellers. One of SG’s core activities is to locate and identify ever-emerging products and assets for our contracted clients.
Our History
Since the end of apartheid foreign trade in South Africa has increased, following the lifting of several sanctions and boycotts which were imposed as a means of ending apartheid.
South Africa is the second-largest producer of gold and is the world's largest producer of chrome, manganese, platinum, vanadium, and vermiculite, the second-largest producer of ilmenite, palladium, rutile, and zirconium. It is also the world's third-largest coal exporter. Although, mining only accounts for 3% of the GDP, down from around 14% in the 1980s. South Africa also has a large agricultural sector and is a net exporter of farming products.
Realizing that the world Export market was transforming into a global marketplace combined with the growing overlapping demand for U.S. Brand Recognition, SekhemtiRa Global was created in 2018 and COntracted to our advisory board the McDonald Hospitality Group, Brian Holloway LLC and other US. government representatives to assist Africans in making their brand known in America and the world.

We also broker the trade of Crypto Currencies and other commodities SG’s main sourcing is from South Africa and neighboring countries in Africa and in India that provide the various items our clients require in their acquisitions.

Once we locate, verify we forward their portfolio to our list of interested contracted clients. In every
transaction and mediation SG assures transparent transactions.

Our affiliation to Government representatives in multiple countries assures brokering and successful, secure sales and acquisitions. Once we make contact and meet via Zoom. SG congresses with its advisory board to move forward with either the potential buyer or seller.
PROCEDURES
After agreeing we then send out this introductory letter outlining our S.O.P. (Standard Operating
Procedure). Then when all parties agree we will send an NCNDA to the representative of the buyer.
When the initial legalities are done we can begin the mediation or brokering for our contracted seller.

We have tremendous resources at our disposal and can offer the ability to function as a Paymaster and write contracts with our legal department.
